In addition to the previously available items (70219, 70220 and 70221 - plastic tubes in 3 mm, 5 mm, and 8 mm), Tamiya expands the range with square plastic profiles. It is the first time in 13 years that a new shape has been added. Perfect for customizing your plastic models, design work, and creating your own unique creations – your imagination knows no bounds!

Product details:

  • The 3 mm square tubes can be inserted into the 5 mm tubes, and the 5 mm tubes fit into the 8 mm tubes
  • Square tubes in 2 mm, 3 mm, and 5 mm (item numbers 70129, 70130 and 70131) can also be combined with these square profiles (3 mm, 5 mm, 8 mm)
  • Various plastic profiles such as round, tube, triangle, and L-shaped profiles can be inserted
  • The square shape prevents twisting of inserted materials
  • Square plastic profiles can be used as connecting elements
  • For precise bending, simply notch with a model or crafting knife
  • Thicker profiles can be neatly cut with the Handy Craft Saw II (item 74111) or the Thin Blade Craft Saw (item 74024)
  • Suitable for paints and adhesives developed for plastic models.
