1:35 German Main Battle Tank Leopard 2 A7V Tamiya 35387

In May 2017, the German Army decided to deploy the Leopard 2 A7V to enhance the combat capability of its tanks. The A7V is an evolution of the Leopard 2 A7, which itself is an upgraded version of the Leopard 2 A6 that has been in service since 2001. The A7V features additional armor at the front, an improved chassis, and suspension adapted to the increased weight. The main gun is a 120 mm gun with a caliber of 55, capable of engaging targets up to 5,000 meters away. Every detail has been updated, including a driving assistance system for better combat capability in poor visibility and improved track links. 104 vehicles are to be produced by refurbishing existing models and will be deployed in combat units from September 2021, making the A7V a central role in the defense of Germany and the EU.
