1:72 PzKpfw V Panther Ausf.G (Sd.Kfz. 171) Revell 03171

A detailed plastic model kit of a tank for self-assembly.

The G version was the most produced variant of the Pzkpfw V "Panther" and replaced the A version in production from 1944 onwards. The chassis was designed more economically, and further improvements were continuously incorporated into production. Vehicles of the final version featured, among other things, a modified engine deck and a reshaped mantlet. With its 7.5 cm KwK 42L/70 gun and shot-deflecting shapes, the Panther proved to be a dangerous opponent. The V-12 cylinder Maybach HL 230P30 gasoline engine with 700 HP maximum power enabled the 44,800 kg Panther Ausf. G to reach a top speed of up to 55 km/h. The crew consisted of five men.
